蒸牛油蛋糕
自发粉 150g
牛油 150g
糖 100g
鸡蛋 4 粒
练奶 5Tbsp
可可粉 3Tbsp
1) 牛油加糖搅拌分次加入蛋,打至糖溶成糊.
2) 加入自发粉搅拌加练奶搅拌均匀
3) 面糊份两腕,另一腕加可可粉,搅拌.
4) 搅拌好的面糊,两种口味的面糊倒进模型里,然后蒸15分钟.
